From April 2026, sole traders over £50k must keep digital records and file quarterly. ProMeasure’s records already are digital records — your invoices are the income, your snapped receipts are the expenses. The Taxes screen shows the numbers you’d declare, connects to HMRC with your own Government Gateway sign-in, and tracks the CIS that contractors deduct from you so it counts against your bill.

Card data is handled by Stripe end to end. Our backend mints a short-lived token and never sees a card number.
