These terms cover your use of the ProMeasure app, provided by Quantum Encoding Ltd (United Kingdom). By using the app you agree to them.

The software is provided as-is

ProMeasure is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Figures are not tax advice

The numbers shown in the Taxes screens — including quarterly totals and CIS deductions — are derived automatically from the records you enter. They are there to help you, not to replace professional advice, and they are not tax, accounting or legal advice.

HMRC filings are your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing every submission before you file it with HMRC. ProMeasure relays what you choose to submit; the accuracy and timeliness of your tax filings remain your responsibility.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own terms. We are not a party to the payment between you and your customer, and card data is handled by Stripe, not by us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
